The brand presence of Witzenmann GmbH is a double reference both to the mentality of Witzenmann engineers and employees and to its innovative solutions modelled on nature and evolution. With its campaign, the market leader for flexible metal elements not only played up to the pride of its own engineers, but also advertised itself to up-and-coming new engineers in southern Germany. Through this unusual brand promise and presence, the “hidden champion“ from Pforzheim, which makes less well-known products such as compensators or metal hoses (e.g. for the automotive industry), was able to recruit top professional expertise in a competitive market and ensure the continued loyalty of its highly qualified personnel.
